  • Book a call via OneCal

  • Contact us via chat or LinkedIn embeds

When you visit our website, we collect limited technical and usage data, such as:


  • IP address (processed in anonymised or aggregated form where possible)

  • Factors.ai for B2B website visitor identification

  • Wix analytics & infrastructure



Factors.ai is configured in a privacy-first and GDPR-compliant way, focusing on account-level insights, not intrusive individual profiling. It uses a combination of first-party cookies and privacy-respecting identification methods.


We use Usercentrics (via Wix) to manage cookie consent. Non-essential cookies are only placed after you give explicit consent.


You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings on our website.




4. Why we process your data (legal basis)

  • Factors.ai

  • LinkedIn embeds

These providers only process data on our behalf and under appropriate data-processing agreements where required.


Some data may be processed outside the EU. When this happens, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).




7. How long we keep your data

Such data is processed solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services and always on behalf of the client. SaaS.eu.com acts as a data processor in these cases and follows the instructions of the client.


Access to client data is limited to what is strictly necessary, handled confidentially, and subject to contractual confidentiality obligations (such as NDAs) where applicable. Where possible, client data is accessed within the client’s own systems and security environment.


Any client-provided data that is temporarily stored is deleted or returned after completion of the services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
